About Me

Hello! My name is Mrs. Kocher and I am the K-3 Emotional Support Teacher at Locust Grove Elementary School! This is my 5th year as a classroom teacher, with previous experience teaching PreK Counts and as a Long Term Substitute in Emotional Support, Kindergarten and 4th grade! I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from York College of PA and then earned my Post-Baccalaureate Teaching Certification as well as a Masters of Science in the Science of Instruction from Drexel University.

I live in East York with my husband and our 3 children. I enjoy cheering my family on while they participate in Marching and Concert Band, as well as TaeKwonDo and Gymnastics! I am excited to get to know your children this year and to have fun while learning!
