LG ES School Counselor

Mrs. Tracy Collins is the new Elementary Emotional Support School Counselor at Locust Grove Elementary.  She has been a School Counselor in the district for nineteen years.  Mrs. Collins also has previously worked at Crisis Intervention, Bell Family Homeless Shelter and other non-profit organizations providing behavioral health and wellness services to children.  

 

Mrs. Collins attended York College of Pennsylvania where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology.  She received her Master of Science certification in School Counseling from McDaniel College.  

 

Mrs. Collins is excited to provide guidance and support to help students succeed both in and out of the classroom.  She is passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive environment where students can build confidence, strengthen their social emotional skills, and reach their fullest potential.
