Welcome to Fifth Grade

Mrs. Groh earned her Bachelor's Degree from York College of Pennsylvania and a masters from Pennsylvania State University.  She spent her first 3 years teaching in West York Area School District.  She moved to Red Lion in 1997 where she taught third grade and second at Windsor Manor.  After her first child was born she taught half-day kindergarten for 8 years in many buildings across the district.  She returned full-time to teach third grade at Locust Grove. At the present, she is a fifth grade math teacher still at Locust Grove.  Mrs.Groh has 2 children, Mitchell 22 who just graduated from Penn State University and played on their football team.  He now works for High Associates.  Maggie who is going to be a junior and attends University of Delaware and plays on their women's soccer team.  Mrs. Groh also has a Goldendoodle, named Elodie who is the center of the family :)

 

Mrs. Groh loves spending time with her family.  She enjoys watching her daughter play soccer  and time at their beach home . Mrs. Groh also enjoys shopping, spending time at the beach, and reading.
